We believe that transparency and accountability are crucial for a healthy and ethical workplace. Our whistleblowing program known as Trust-Line provides the possibility to report any concerns in different languages. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of retaliation or discrimination against whistleblowers. We encourage our employees and counterparties to speak up if they see something that concerns them, for example, fraud, corruption, harassment, abuse of position our authority, and any other unethical behaviour.
